CLAIRVOYANCE

Clairvoyance Kiosk

Introducing the Clairvoyance Kiosk.
Why do you want the kiosk?

Not just because it is inexpensive and easy to install…

While buildings are generating large amounts of data, users of that data seem to remain unsatisfied. The data may be hard to get, dated, poorly presented, or just not available where it is needed. Providing additional computers to drive multiple dashboards is both time consuming and expensive. A simple power blip creates the need for personnel (often untrained) to reboot and login to a server. The Clairvoyance Kiosk is designed to address all of these challenges and more. Eliminate the nuisance calls from monitoring teams, security personnel, or maintenance staff.

For whom and where?

The building lobby is becoming a choice location to advertise the performance of the building – the fruit of careful investments. Providing a TV monitor at the security desk or in a high-traffic area will keep tenants and staff aware of key building information.

In the building engineer’s office, the kiosk can help monitor a variety of systems like the chiller plant, or selected equipment, turning the technical office into a true control center.

And in the executive suite, the device keeps management in the know, bringing key metrics to the building or portfolio manager.

How do you set it up?

Compatible with the Niagara N4 framework, you will configure up to 8 different pages (URLs) that the Kiosk will rotate through. Once! The auto-reboot feature will ensure a care-free solution, even in the case of a power outage.

Clairvoyance MeteoViva N4 Driver

Introducing the Clairvoyance MeteoViva N4 Driver.

Capturing the value of the Clairvoyance predictive controls requires communications between your Building Management System (BMS) and the MeteoViva datacenter.

An Effective Solution for All Environments

Regardless of your existing BMS, the Clairvoyance MeteoViva driver will help you establish communications easily and cost-effectively.

In a Niagara 4 environment, the driver can be installed on an existing JACE controller and ensure safe and reliable communications.

And in a non-Niagara environment, a new JACE controller running the driver can be used to serve as the gateway between your existing BMS and the MeteoViva environment.

What Does the Driver Do?

The key function of the driver is to periodically forward to the BMS schedules of optimized set points generated by the MeteoViva datacenter, and collect log data that is used to monitor the building and adjust setpoints as needed.

In addition, the driver will work with MeteoViva Climate® to maintain full control in the hands of the building staff. A set of switches are made available to the staff in order to turn on or off MeteoViva Climate® at the zone or building level.

What About Security?

Whether the driver is running on a Niagara 4 Supervisor or a JACE controller, the solution benefits from the Niagara secure environment. And for unique security environments, Clairvoyance and MeteoViva can offer additional features and solutions.
